Boiler escape plan

Most boilers are replaced in a hurry when they break, which usually means another boiler. This tool shows the carbon cost of waiting, then builds a plan for switching on your own timing.

What you need

Your boiler's age and fuel (gas, oil or LPG), and optionally your postcode and five questions about the house. You can download calendar reminders, or have the plan emailed to you.

What it can't tell you

It doesn't know what state your boiler is in. If it is already unreliable, get quotes now.
